I was going to ask you if your contractor was named Chava but you just answered that question.
He build the Banquet room at the Posada Don Diego. Our fireplace is pretty beautiful. It is a stove with him doing the brick work. He also build our Motel rooms. Have not seen him for awhile. He does do good work. BUT you better keep an eye on him because sometimes he does not finish something that he was paid for. And then you don't know where he is.
Your house is looking beautiful. He also build the Orange house on the hill coming into our park.It is pretty nice. I think that guy is looking for Chava too.
Tell Chava please
Irene and Jose from the Posada Don Diego say Hi. Mario Also.

Cristina is thinking she might like to see some sandstone on the house as we will be using a lot of the river rock stones in the landscape. We'll see...

Thanks David. We have been working more on the inside lately. It is slower work and me being anal on the details makes it take even longer but I do like how it is coming out. The best part is that we really are having a lot of fun with it...

I have been so busy on other projects that the house has had to wait a little. We did get our wind turbine up however. Although it appears to be stopped it is just an effect of the camera taking a photo looking at the sun which shoots at very high speed. The turbine has been putting out 4 to 5 amps to my 24v battery bank consistently since we installed it.

OK you doubting Tomas(ina). Before I took the wind turbine photo I took one of the control system. I pulled it up and and zoomed in on the diversion controller. Looks like 5.8 amps to me...

What a great location you picked for your home, BG. I love your view of the Pacific and San Martin Island. BTW, do you need anything from Vons or Walmart? We should be in SQ Friday morning.

I cannot tell you how much we love this place. Our view, the weather, lifestyle and friendships made are what have turned this place into our real home. Sent you a PM on your offer - thanks!

The sun did come out like a poster for global warming but it is probably due more to some morning haze/remnants of early morning fog. Maybe the increased solar flare activity???

What's next? I am liking this wind turbine so much I have already begun shopping for another. If I am going to rock this place with my music at night the extra charge after dark will be very welcome...
